Defects and damages need to be inspected and approved, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Defect claims that occur over time are only valid for the first 6 months after receiving the item, after which we can no longer guarantee the replacement or credit of the item. Please note that there are differences in natural materials such as wood and marble, and their defects are not considered defects. As foreign wood adapts to our climate, it will change size and cause cracks. Again, this is not necessarily a defect of the product, but a beautiful reminder of its organic nature.
